A sustainable restaurant that gives adventure lovers and their families a mountain themed culinary experience.

This could be a profitable business to start in Metros.

Not only does this give adventure lovers the opportunity to relive wonderful mountain memories with their friends but also to share the experience with their families and friends who have never been to the mountains or on a trek.

Let me break it down how I would go about executing it.

The intention is to make the dining experience memorable for your customers.

Menu

Design a menu that is based on Himalayan peaks - K2 Kababs, Makalu Mousse, Annapurna Apple Tart, Everest Eclairs, Cho Oyu Chicken Wings, Nanda Devi Nutty Delight, Dhaulagiri Dumplings.

Staff Uniform

Staff should be dressed resembling explorers and guides, further enhancing the immersive experience. They should be trained to share stories about the dishes, providing a narrative that connects the cuisine with real adventure experiences.

Ambience

Keep space highly ventilated with glass roof for natural light to enter during the day. During night, keep lights to a minimum.

Use a mix of tents, covered and open to sky seating.

Tables should have candle lights, tents with portable lights inside and servers should use head torches.

The cutlery should be made from sustainable ingredients. Bamboo would be a good option.

A segregated area for bonfire at night where people can sit around and share their adventure tales.
